SBA Basics and Access To Capital Attend this free, one hour program to learn more about the U.S. Small Business Administration, how we assist entrepreneurs, and the programs we offer. After attending this program you will understand whether you are eligible for an SBA loan and how to go about applying for one. We will also spend some time talking about how lenders evaluate the creditworthiness of businesses, so that you can understand the process and put yourself in the best position for approval.

Time: 8:00 am

Participants will discuss accounting concepts, financial Statements, record keeping checklist, chart of accounts, and business banking tht meets the unique needs of construction-based businesses. They will also leave with an understanding of how to read and understand balance sheets, income statements and flow reports.

Time: 5:00 pm

Networking events took place throughout the year at local Chamber Member restaurants. The relaxed, social environment allowed members to meet other partners, and individuals. Over 150 people attended 2017 Chamber networking events.
